Shipping Policy

Knights Swords ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.

Freight Costs

Knights Swords will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders under $100, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

Parcel Insurance

Knights Swords will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate unless otherwise instructed by the customer (if order is under $100). Knights Swords has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of the warehouses.

International Shipments

Please note that certain products distributed by Knights Swords are not available for export. Check with your sales representative for details.

Returns

Knights Swords does its best to accurately represent the Merchandise, through photo, price and copy. Occasionally we make mistakes. If such a mistake should occur, your order will be corrected as the facts may dictate.

Knights Swords customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to us. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

Knights Swords will not accept any returned
merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA#, email us at swordmaster@knightsswords.com. A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Knights Swords will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective merchandise returned to Knights Swords for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.

Out of Stock Items

Knights Swords does its best to keep track of inventory. However, from time to time certain items may become out of stock. In the event of this occuring the customer will have the choice of a refund or waiting untill the item becomes available.
